Even kids can learn to make dough using a rolling pin like our grandmothers used to! This course dedicated to children is designed to help them develop dexterity and awareness in relation to food. The young participants learn to prepare tagliatelle and farfalle pasta, and at the end they can take the pasta they have made home with them.

“Mattarello Volante” also offers workshops for young people looking to use their hands and a rolling pin to learn how to roll out pasta the traditional way. During the session, they learn how to prepare the pasta local to our region, including farfalle, garganelli and many other kinds.
At the end of each session the participants will be able to take the pasta they have prepared home with them.

This class offers you the chance to spend time together as a family in a unique way, learning to make pasta. In this workshop, adults and children learn together to prepare the kinds of fresh pasta local to Emilia Romagna, such as tagliatelle and garganelli.
